What MPZ does

MPZ runs an online marketplace for collectible model aircraft.

Items are sold by the sellers who list them. When you buy, your contract of sale is with that seller, not with MPZ. MPZ provides the website, takes your payment for the order through our payment provider Stripe, and charges a service fee per checkout.

Business and private sellers

Every listing shows whether the seller is a business seller or a private seller, based on what the seller has told us.

If you buy from a business seller, you have the protection of EU consumer law. For example, you have in most cases a 14-day right to cancel, and the item must be as described and fit for purpose (the legal guarantee of conformity).
If you buy from a private seller, those consumer rights do not apply to that sale. You have no legal right to cancel, but you can still raise an issue from your order if something is wrong.

Problem with an order? Raise it from the order in My Orders, so the seller sees it straight away. If you cannot agree, we review the issue. Our Terms and Conditions explain how.

You can write to us in English or Dutch. A person reads and answers every message.

To report a listing you think is illegal or breaks our rules, use the Report listing button on the listing. You can also email us with a link to the listing and the reason. You do not need an account to report by email.
