Questions about an order, selling on MPZ, or anything else? Send us a message below or email us at support@modelplanezone.nl. We reply by email. You can write in English or Dutch.

We are a small team. We aim to reply within 2 working days.

Problem with an order? Raise it from the order in My Orders as soon as you can after delivery. The seller sees it straight away and the payout stays on hold while you sort it out. If you cannot agree, we review the issue and decide. Our Terms and Conditions explain the time limits and how the review works.

Want to report a listing? Use the Report listing button on the listing, or email us the link and tell us what is wrong. You do not need an account to report by email.

Company details, including our postal address, are on our Legal Notice page.
